SVS Post defends top spot

Austrian champion SVS Post defended the lead in the MEL-standings this weekend. With ZOK Rijeka KVIG (CRO) there is a club that already has collected ten wins after the 13th round.

On Friday Calcit Kamnik (SLO) celebrated a hard fought 3:2 (22:25, 25:14, 21:25, 25:23, 15:7)-victory at ZOK Split 1700 (CRO). Both teams have 20 points after 13 games. After the fourth consecutive win Kamnik is back in the race for a Final Four spot.

SVS Post defends Top spot
On Saturday Austrian Champion SVS Post defended the top spot in the standings by beating Branik Maribor (SLO) at home by 3:1 (22:25, 25:17, 25:14, 25:13). The guests took the first set, but Post stepped their game up and had no more problems the rest of the way.

Doprastav stomps last placed Ljubljana
VK Doprastav Bratislava (SVK) showed no weaknesses in a 3:0-stomping of last placed Vital Ljubljana (SLO). It was the 13th loss in a row for the Slovenians, while Doprastav still hopes for a Final four spot.

Slavia defeats Klagenfurt
VK Slavia UK Bratislava (SVK) defeated ATSC Sparkasse Klagenfurt (AUT) by 3:1 (25:20, 23:25, 25:20, 25:19). It was the fourth consecutive success for Slavia.
