Humenne lost two times

Three games were played this weekend in the Middle European League (MEL) this weekend. With a surprisingly clear 3:0-win against leader VK Chemes Humenne on Saturday SK Posojilnica Aich/Dob (AUT) climbed to the second place in the standings. "It was an unbelievable victory. We downright played the leader of the standings out of the gym. We were superior by all means. One couldn't expect such a clear win. Humenne recently has beaten the hotVolleys in their own gym, and has also beaten us in their home game. That was a super conclusion for the year 2009', jubilated Aich/Dob-Manager Martin Micheu

hotVolleys beat Anhovo
The hotVolleys (AUT) celebrated a 3:1-win against Salonit Anhovo (SLO) on Friday. "It was a clear success for us. We resemble Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde a little bit. We lost the second set by -23 and then we won the next one by 25:12. It was an important win, because we could get the feeling of winning again after losing two games by 2:3 in MEL and CEV Cup', said hotVolleys-manager Peter Kleinmann.

Bled also beats Humenne
On Sunday followed the next 0:3-loss for VK Chemes Humenne at ACH Volley Bled (SLO).

The last MEL-game of the year 2009 will be played on Wednesday, when Salonit Anhovo (SLO) meets HAOK Mladost (CRO)-
