Entry Procedure, Seeding: The teams have to be registered by their National Volleyball Federation
using the registration form 'U17 Continental cup-zonal event'
until 28.8.2015 latest.

Preliminary Inquiry Main Draw (Men & Women)
Friday 4.9.2015, 19:30 (local time),
Main draw date: 5.9 and 6.9.2015.
Delegation: 1 official per 2 teams
Accreditation: Organizers will provide all Organizing Committee members, Officials, referees, players, coaches, physiotherapists, VIP’s, journalists, technical staff, court personnel, volunteers, etc. with official accreditation cards and will ensure that only those people will access the designated venue areas.
Shuttle: Free for players during competition

Organizers will provide accommodation and meals.
Sports equipment - jerseys: Participants must have their own jerseys!
Travel Costs: Each team bears its own return travel expenses to the official competition venue.
The Organizing National Federation must provide and bear the costs for the transport of the visiting teams from the nearest airport to the official competition venue as well as a local transportation.
Food & Lodging:
Each Federation shall pay 50% of the “unique fee” to the organizing National Federation for each member of its delegation
• € 50.- for 2 nights/3 days full board per person
MEVZA will cover the remaining 50%, paid directly to the organizer
